The refund receipt time is 15-30 working days, depending on the issuing bank.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods.

1. Order cancellation:

If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued.

For orders cancelled 24 hours after purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.

If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept the order cancellation request.

A. Return Policy Conditions

a. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, accessories, custom shirts/t-shirts, wholesale shirts/t-shirts, additional shirts and mysterious box items, customs clearance items, non return markings, and free gifts.

b. The returned items must be in an unused state and in their original packaging within 30 days after the delivery date. We do not accept returns that are worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way.

c. Any return requests that are not authorized by customer service will not be accepted.

d. Please make sure to carefully check your return before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of products not purchased from our store.

B. Please include the following information in the return package:

a. The order number and product SKU of the product you want to return.

b. Reason for return.

C. We do not provide freight collect (FTC) services for packages returned to us.

Please send the item back to us through the local post office instead of courier services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. If you choose one of the fast delivery options mentioned above, you may incur import taxes and delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance processes. We will only arrange for replacement or refund after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Note: The original shipping fee is not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Once we receive your return and meet the conditions of our return policy, we will refund you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow one week to process your return package.

If you have not received the refund when you cashed it out at the Canatrax customer service team, please check your bank account or credit card company so they have time for the refund.
